Reskillforge
A practice-based transition program that maps transferable experience to revenue-operations tasks, reviewed work samples and employer-funded internal mobility.
The supplied research reports substantial recent cuts in sales-development headcount and declining junior openings while senior consultative roles grow. General sales communities, academies and certification providers already exist, but no reviewed program is dedicated to the displaced-worker-to-revenue-operations transition or the employer-funded redeployment motion.
Reskillforge starts with a voluntary learner evidence inventory, maps prior work to a reviewed competency rubric and assigns hands-on scenarios in data hygiene, automation oversight, attribution and forecasting. Qualified reviewers assess work samples against published criteria; employers see only authorized evidence and retain all employment decisions.
Course access, participation, completion, assessment, reviewer finding, certificate, interview, job offer, internal move and sustained performance remain separate. A certificate is evidence of completing a defined assessment, not universal competence or a promise of employment.
The first release should pilot one cohort and three bounded competencies with synthetic business data. It excludes worker ranking, automated hiring, performance prediction, employer surveillance and claims that a layoff was avoided.
A displaced sales-development worker or an employer learning and talent-mobility leader funding a voluntary transition into revenue operations
Rubrics, scenarios and feedback systems can scale, while credible assessment retains human review.
Reskilling can preserve mobility, while employer-funded programs can pressure workers or disguise a preselected layoff decision.
The persona-specific gap is clearer than the reason general training providers have not targeted it.
Recent displacement evidence supports urgency, the learner transition is specific and reusable practice scenarios can scale.
Training competitors are established, no integration surface is verified, employment outcomes are unproven and no structural incumbent barrier is evidenced.
