The case

Several proprietary sales agents and broad fleet-management products validate both the sales-agent and control-plane categories. No self-serve vendor-neutral cockpit for a human sales operator was identified. SeatPilot should govern actions rather than score people: bind each agent to accounts, territories, data sources, claims, channels, budgets, rate limits, approvals, and stop conditions; preserve exact outbound previews and downstream receipts; and measure system outcomes without turning worker telemetry into employment surveillance. Human approval is a useful product control, not a universal conclusion from EU AI Act Article 14.

Who pays — and why

The sales, RevOps, or agency leader accountable for a human-operated pod using two or more AI prospecting or outreach systems.

What it unlocks
A vendor-neutral registry of agents, owners, accounts, territories, purposes, data sources, credentials, tools, policies, budgets, and lifecycle state
Pre-send evidence and approval queues that show recipient, source, message, claims, personalization, channel, schedule, policy checks, and expected action
System-level cost, delivery, reply, meeting, exception, and reconciliation views without hidden employee ranking or autonomous personnel decisions

9
Temporal window

Current sales-agent adoption and management analogs create an immediate control need.

8
Buyer persona

Sales and RevOps leaders own agent assignment, review, spend, and outcome accountability.

5
Convergence

The input carries market and workforce signals but limited independent convergence.

Why it scored well

Multiple sales agents, broad fleet analogs, a clear operator buyer, and no identified role-specific neutral cockpit support the wedge.

What's holding it back

No required integration interface is verified, human operations reduce leverage, metrics invite surveillance, and the legal premise is overbroad.
