Pipemcp
A neutral RevOps agent gateway that inventories vendor tools, normalizes read operations, routes bounded intent, enforces tenant and field policy, reconciles conflicting records, and gates every write behind explicit authority.
A unified CRM interface and two open agent gateways validate data normalization and gateway infrastructure, while no managed RevOps-specific neutral orchestrator was found. Pipemcp's challenge is not routing to many vendors; it is preserving meaning and authority across them. A single entry point expands blast radius, so the product must default to read-only, pin tool schemas and identities, minimize credentials, defend against untrusted tool content, expose conflicts instead of blending them, and require scoped approval for writes.
The RevOps, sales-systems, security, or automation leader operating several customer, enrichment, engagement, and forecasting systems through AI assistants.
One convenient entry point must not become one credential, prompt-injection, or cross-tenant failure boundary.
Recent production availability makes governance timely.
Several adjacent gateway and unification signals support the concept.
CRM unification, open gateway primitives, vendor fragmentation, and a clear RevOps owner support a managed neutral layer.
No structural copying barrier exists, vendor interfaces are not fully verified, a central gateway increases security risk, and semantic reconciliation is difficult.
