The case

Sales agencies increasingly describe workflows with an L1–L5 autonomy scale, but a vendor taxonomy is not law and telemetry does not reveal every human decision. Levelmark reconstructs what the workflow observed, proposed, changed and sent so reviewers can evaluate real control.

The supplied research explicitly invalidates two central triggers: there is no GDPR v3.2 and no AI module of ISO 27001. It confirms the longstanding GDPR Article 22 and EU AI Act Article 14 as independent legal sources, but neither applies automatically to every sales workflow. Current primary authority, system role, risk classification and qualified counsel govern applicability.

A telemetry event, workflow step, autonomy candidate, human review event, meaningful-intervention assessment, legal interpretation, control decision, signed workpaper, auditor observation and business outcome remain separate. No evidence pack certifies compliance or survives an audit by itself.

Who pays — and why

A sales agency, RevOps or AI-governance leader responsible for explaining client-specific automated workflows and human controls.

What it unlocks
A per-client workflow graph joining triggers, tool calls, writes, sends, approvals, reversals and business effects
A transparent autonomy candidate whose L1–L5 label remains separate from legal classification
Counsel-reviewed control workpapers with telemetry coverage, exceptions and evidence of actual intervention

8
Buyer persona

Sales agencies and RevOps leaders need per-client explanations of automated workflow control.

8
Why nobody did it

Current agent telemetry and a shared buyer vocabulary make evidence reconstruction practical now.

5
Convergence

The supplied scoring records three cross-references, two inbound connections and four direct connections.

Why it scored well

The input identifies a clear agency buyer, confirms a newly used autonomy vocabulary and finds no direct product mapping observed sales workflows into reviewable legal and control evidence.

What's holding it back

Two regulatory triggers are false, legal applicability is contextual, telemetry may miss offline or ineffective oversight, the taxonomy is vendor-authored and incumbents can add classification reports.
