Clientloom
A white-label agency workspace that retrieves authorized client records into source-linked review digests with strict agency, client and user boundaries.
Small agencies and fractional operators often manage several clients across customer records, documents, tasks and communications. Clientloom would connect a narrow authorized source set per client, retrieve current evidence and prepare a daily digest of open items for agency review. It should not claim to train an agent on client history unless a separately authorized training process actually exists; retrieval and summarization are different. The client remains the data owner and defines the agency's purpose and access. A digest observation is not an instruction, a source record can be stale and one client's evidence must never influence another. A confirmed adjacent assistant serves individual users, while the two-level agency-to-client workflow remains a market hypothesis. One proposed interface is unverified, so unsupported sources stay import-only.
A fractional marketing, revenue-operations or client-services operator managing several business clients with recurring review and handoff work.
Micro-agencies and fractional operators are actionable, though exact role, client count and budget need validation.
Digests and retrieval scale through software after onboarding and connector maintenance.
The gap is clear but the source does not establish why it remained unbuilt.
The source records a manual builder signal, confirms an open connector protocol and two document interfaces, and finds no reviewed managed product with the exact agency-to-client-to-user isolation model.
The barrier to entry is weak, one integration capability is unverified, small agencies are price-sensitive, client data and authority are complex, incumbent assistants can add multi-client workspaces and no structural moat is proven.
