Working hypotheses, not verified market research. Imports use public authored excerpts, not the private build specification.

How to use

  1. Name your SaaS, choose Try a public example, or enter an existing public Genesis idea slug or URL.
  2. Review imported source excerpts. Edit each quadrant and add competitors, constraints and evidence relevant to your idea.
  3. Export Markdown or download a PNG worksheet. Explore more researched directions in Genesis.

Frequently asked questions

Is this free, and do I need an account?

Free, no sign-up. Editing and exports happen in your browser. Public source data is read from the existing site. Your worksheet and company details are not uploaded to a processing API. Analytics record only the tool and action.

What is a SWOT analysis?

Strengths and weaknesses concern internal advantages and limitations. Opportunities and threats concern external changes and constraints. This worksheet organizes evidence and assumptions; it does not predict success.

Where do Genesis excerpts come from?

The curated public idea API used by Genesis, and its existing public idea pages. Strengths use why_well, weaknesses holding_back, opportunities what_unlocks. Existing competitor or risk sections and relevant authored case paragraphs become suggested threats. Every excerpt shows its source field.

Does it invent competitors or missing research?

No. It copies existing public excerpts, preserves their source and leaves missing quadrants empty. Quadrant placement is a worksheet suggestion. Review it and supply your evidence.

Does each idea create a searchable tool page?

No. There is one canonical tool page. Importing an idea creates no indexable URL, changes no idea indexing policy and publishes no worksheet.

Which exports are available?

Markdown preserves the full worksheet and source link. PNG draws a four-quadrant image locally, including the source. PNG allows at most 150 wrapped lines per quadrant; use Markdown for longer material.
