DNS lookup: see where your domain points.
Read seven DNS record types and compare two public resolvers over HTTPS. Results in your browser — free, no sign-up.
Loading the tool…
Two public resolver snapshots, not a global propagation test. Queries leave your browser for the selected public DNS service. No server proxy.
How to use
- Enter a domain without a URL or path. Choose one record type or all seven.
- Choose Look up DNS for one resolver, or Compare propagation for Cloudflare and Google.
- Read the records, status and TTL. Export the JSON; compare again after DNS changes.

Frequently asked questions
Is this free, and where does my domain go?
Free, no sign-up. DNS queries go directly from your browser to Cloudflare or Google over HTTPS. Public resolvers receive the queried names and may log them. SaaSCode has no DNS processing server; analytics contain only the tool name and action.
Which DNS records can I check?
A for IPv4, AAAA for IPv6, CNAME for aliases, MX for mail routing, TXT for text records, NS for name servers and CAA for certificate authority authorization. Returned aliases are displayed alongside the requested records.
Does this prove worldwide DNS propagation?
No. It compares two public recursive resolver snapshots from your browser. Equal answers do not prove that every cache worldwide has refreshed. Different answers can come from cache age, GeoDNS or resolver policy.
How are answers compared?
The status and returned name/type/value sets are compared after sorting. TTL and record order are ignored. Alias chains remain visible. Dynamic or location-aware answers can differ without a broken DNS configuration.
What if a resolver blocks CORS or cannot be reached?
The page states that the resolver is unavailable due to network or CORS. A single-resolver lookup retries the other provider if every requested type failed. Comparisons preserve each failure and never claim agreement with an unavailable resolver.
What does an empty answer mean?
NOERROR with no answer can mean the requested record type is absent. NXDOMAIN means the queried name does not exist. SERVFAIL or REFUSED is a resolver failure, not proof that no record exists. TTL is a cache lifetime in seconds, not an exact propagation countdown.
