A managed control plane for property-management tool servers that persists authorization safely, declares connector capabilities, constrains every agent action by client and role, records approvals and provider results, and exposes failures without claiming the host owns the underlying records or decisions.
The research confirms one property-management server with eighteen tools, two generic managed-hosting competitors, and recurring authorization-token lifecycle pain. It did not find a reviewed property-management-specific managed host. The source server uses a community license whose commercial and hosting permissions require validation. No structural incumbent copying cost is evidenced.
Residkit must treat every lease, resident, applicant, owner, property, charge, payment, maintenance, screening, notice, document, and message action as provider- and jurisdiction-specific. Hosting a tool definition does not establish a customer's right to access data, change a system of record, screen an applicant, communicate a notice, assess a fee, move money, or act for an owner.
The product should begin with read-only capabilities, explicit scopes, tenant and property isolation, synthetic tests, user confirmation for consequential actions, provider acknowledgment, destination readback, reconciliation, revocation, incident handling, and exportable logs with known coverage gaps.
