The research confirms a mature helpdesk data-migration service and two developer evaluation platforms, but no reviewed product that translates intent taxonomies, escalation thresholds, guardrails, and evaluation state across helpdesk vendors or produces buyer-facing replay evidence. Two of four proposed interfaces remain unverified and no structural incumbent copying cost is evidenced.
Deskswap cannot prove parity from a sample. Vendor systems differ in models, retrieval, tools, workflows, identity, routing, channels, permissions, integrations, human queues, memory, safety controls, pricing, and release cadence. A translated rule may have no target equivalent. Historical conversations contain personal, confidential, health, financial, legal, authentication, and account data and cannot be replayed without authority, minimization, isolation, retention limits, and provider-term review.
Every result is bound to a fixture set, sampling design, environment, configuration versions, permissions, model labels where exposed, evaluator, repetitions, thresholds, and date. Deterministic checks, model-judge observations, human labels, production outcomes, and customer impact remain separate.
