Cutwell should separate source configuration, translated candidate, semantic review, target deployment approval, shadow observation, parity result, on-call rehearsal, cutover proposal, change approval, target command, acknowledgment, production readback, rollback and realized cost. Similar chart shapes do not prove equivalent queries, alert semantics or incident response.
The product must preserve access boundaries, secrets outside artifacts, provenance and reversibility. It should never change production routing, silence an alert, delete history or terminate a contract automatically. Savings remain an assumption-bound comparison until invoices and finance-approved allocation confirm them.
