Open agent platforms and policy engines validate the primitives, but a count of accepted suggestions or clean merges does not justify access to main, production, databases, or operations. Apprenticegrid should maintain independent trust tracks per repository, environment, skill, and action; promotion changes a bounded policy only after contextual review, and no top tier bypasses protected branches, tests, human ownership, or incident controls.
