The case

A production voice call can fail in several planes at once: degraded media, turn detection, transcription, model behavior, tool execution, policy intervention, or a downstream write. Each provider sees only its own slice, so the engineer reconstructs causality from timestamps and partial dashboards while sensitive audio and customer data are at stake. Callcrash creates one bounded call timeline and portable reproduction packet, while keeping correlation, diagnosis, reproduction, production state, and root-cause judgment separate.
