Frequently asked questions

Is this free, and do I need an account?

Free, no sign-up. Editing and exports happen in your browser. Public source data is read from the existing site. Your worksheet and company details are not uploaded to a processing API. Analytics record only the tool and action.

Is this legal advice or a compliance guarantee?

Template only — not legal advice. Review this draft with qualified counsel for your business and jurisdiction. It does not establish compliance with any law.

Are these copies of one document?

No. Each has its own fields and clauses: refund eligibility and cancellation; processing instructions and security; mutual confidentiality; tested access and barriers; operator disclosures; or copyright notice and counter-notice workflows. They share the form and export engine.

Does the DPA include standard contractual clauses?

No. Transfers, roles, security, incidents, audit and deletion require agreement and review. Selected providers populate a proposed recipient inventory. This is not a complete international transfer instrument.

Can the accessibility statement assert WCAG conformance?

Only with appropriate evidence. This draft records actual test scope, methods, barriers, remediation and contact channels. It generates no conformance level or certification.

Does the DMCA draft register an agent or create safe harbor?

No. Registration and statutory requirements are separate actions. The draft lists notice and counter-notice information for review and your actual procedure. Obtain advice before setting deadlines or restoration rules.

Are company details saved?

No. Details stay in memory during this visit. Copy or download before leaving. Switching documents preserves shared form details but clears the generated result.
