The research confirms an active open wearable-data project and a commercial aggregation alternative, but no reviewed creator-focused cohort-biometric product. The original proposal's named per-member deviation flags remain sensitive and potentially coercive even without raw measurements, so they are excluded from the initial product.
Biofeed should separate adult member identity and eligibility, granular consent and expiry, device and source permission, raw local measurement, on-device personal baseline and trend, member-visible uncertainty, optional member-authored check-in request, aggregate contribution choice, cohort and minimum threshold, privacy transformation and parameters, aggregate release, creator view, correction, withdrawal, deletion and outcome. A deviation is not diagnosis, risk, crisis, truth or permission to contact a member.
The product must not expose named or re-identifiable health signals to creators, employers, insurers or schools; infer mental state, diagnosis, medication, disability, pregnancy or substance use; rank participation or progress; impose incentives or penalties; claim anonymity from a technique alone; or present itself as treatment, monitoring or crisis response.
