A build moves through two stages.
Planning
Product decisions, market research, competitive analysis, and a complete documentation suite — schema, feature matrix, sitemap, a phase-by-phase execution plan. The factory researches before it builds, and every product ships with its research.
Autonomous execution
Database, backend, frontend, a multi-iteration QA loop, documentation, the release cut, a verified remote deploy, a full debugging pass, security scanning, visual QA. Exactly one human pause point — a credentials gate before execution begins. From there it runs unattended.
The baseline
Completeness is the starting line, not the goal.
Every build starts from the same hardened floor. None of it is bolted on later — it is what a product is made of from the first commit. What your own agent would spend a week assembling, every product here already ships.

What makes it trustworthy
It refuses to ship broken.
One thing can stop an unattended build: the security scanner. An unresolved critical finding blocks the pipeline. A product does not ship with a known critical vulnerability — ever.
Builds never die.
If a phase fails, the pipeline checkpoints, reports, and revives from where it stopped. Restarting from zero is prohibited by design — a build is finished, not abandoned.
The factory learns.
After every build, an automated pass folds what worked and what broke into institutional memory. Failure patterns become preventions wired into the pipeline. Each build is built by a slightly smarter factory than the last.
Genesis
The factory doesn't only build what it's told.
Genesis is its invention lab — an autonomous system that reads live market signals, runs them through several independent models, and triangulates product opportunities none of them surfaces alone. We don't sell what Genesis invents; we publish it: a free, browsable bank of scored directions. The strongest graduate into factory builds, and builds graduate into the catalog.
Built on Claude.
The factory's reasoning runs on Claude — Opus and Sonnet. The model is part of the engine, and we're not shy about it.
