# About saascode

saascode builds SaaS products that customers can customize, launch and operate as their own businesses. Products include their source code. The [catalog](/products) describes what each product does, who it serves and what is included, so buyers can assess a product before choosing it.

## Who it is for

SaaSCode is for founders and business operators who want to launch a software business, developers who want a working product to adapt, and agencies building solutions for clients within the license they purchase. Customers can run the software for their own paying users. Commercial use does not grant permission to resell or redistribute the underlying source code.

## Products, ideas and membership

The [product catalog](/products) contains the software offers. [Genesis](/genesis) is the idea bank, with a curated public surface. [Plus](/plus) is a separate membership that includes Genesis through MCP and ongoing support while the membership is active. Membership does not discount product prices. The [pricing guide](/pricing.md) explains the distinction and links to the current offers.

[Inside](/inside) publishes articles and product records. Those records help readers understand the products and the work behind them. Product availability and capabilities are described on each product's page; an idea in Genesis is not automatically a product available to buy.

## Growth — marketing for your SaaS

Growth is SaaSCode's marketing workspace for people who own and operate products from the catalog. It connects product features, brand identity, audiences, campaigns and content in one board. The [Growth overview](/growth) explains how product owners organize their marketing and access the workspace.

## Ownership and support

Buyers receive the rights described in the [Terms of Service](/terms). Standard and Client licenses cover different business uses; neither permits source-code resale. Hosting, configuration and third-party services depend on the product and the customer's deployment.

## Company information

The website is operated by SAASCODE, LLC, as identified in the published Terms of Service. The [Terms](/terms) contain the registered address and purchase conditions; the [Privacy Policy](/privacy) describes the handling of personal data.

## Working with agents

Agents can read the public catalog and documentation without an account. The [developer guide](/developers) explains the REST API, Markdown pages and read-only catalog MCP. Genesis member access and purchasing retain their existing account requirements.
